Executive Leadership Team : Paul Suber
Paul Suber, Vice President Business Development
Paul Suber is the vice
president of Business Development for Citation Corporation. In this
position, he manages activities regarding potential acquisition
targets as part of Citation's growth and emerging markets strategy.
Suber's responsibilities also include developing Citation's
operations strategy and all related activities as the company
expands into new geographic locations.
Suber joined Citation in 2006 as group vice president of the
company's Ductile Iron division, where he was responsible for
operations such as manufacturing, lean, finance and quality.
Previously, he worked for Dana Corporation for more than 22 years
where he held a number of managerial positions.
His career includes more than 20 years of experience in
manufacturing, engineering and quality.
Suber earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering
and a Master of Business Administration from the University of
Toledo in Ohio. He is a member of the Society of Automotive
Engineers (SAE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
