Paul Suber, Vice President of Business Development
Paul Suber is the Vice President of Business Development for Grede. In this position, he manages activities regarding potential acquisition targets as part of Grede's growth and emerging markets strategy. Paul’s responsibilities also include developing Grede's operations strategy and all related activities as the company expands into new geographic locations.
Paul joined Grede in 2006 as group Vice President of the company's Ductile Iron division, where he was responsible for operations such as manufacturing, Lean, finance and quality.
Previously, he worked for Dana Corporation for more than 22 years where he held a number of managerial positions.
His career includes more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering and quality.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo in Ohio. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) and the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).
