Citation optimizes design by running parallel design and validation of cast/forged components in each of the available metals. Our product development engineers apply structural/model analysis (FEA & FMEA) and physical testing extensively during the component development process to validate material selection. We utilize process simulation throughout the design cycle to further validate material selection. The resulting data enables us to establish material, production and design directions from which we can make final material recommendations to our customers.
