CITATION HIRES TACKETT AS SUPPLY MANAGEMENT V.P.

BIRMINGHAM, Alabama -- Today Citation Corporation announced the hiring of Larry Tackett as Vice President - Supply Management.

Before joining Citation, Mr. Tackett was Corporate Commodity Manager for Lear Corporation in Southfield, Michigan, where he was responsible for the procurement of $1.5 billion in parts and supplies for 113 plants in North America. Prior to Lear, Mr. Tackett was with MTD Products in Cleveland, Ohio for twenty years. There he held various positions in manufacturing, materials management and purchasing.
