CITATION CORPORATION NAMES TOM WALTON
ACCOUNT MANAGER
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama - Citation Corporation has recently named Tom Walton
Account Manager. As an Account Manager, Walton will generate new business
opportunities, as well as service existing clients at Citation's Bessemer,
Alabama and Selma, Alabama plants.
"I'm excited about this opportunity," says Walton. "Citation
is a great operation and I look forward to working with the Bessemer
and Selma facilities."
Before joining Citation, Walton was the Technical and Sales Director
at Tommie Corporation; prior to that, he was employed by Miller and
Company.
Walton has a degree in Metallurgy from the University of Alabama and
an MBA from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a past president
of the Birmingham chapter of the American Foundry Society.
Citation Corporation, based in Birmingham, Alabama, is a metal components
supplier to capital and durable goods industries, including automotive
and industrial markets. The company designs, develops, and manufactures
cast, forged, and machined components at its seventeen manufacturing
divisions in nine states with approximately 5,600 employees.
