Unless otherwise stated on the Purchase Order, all expedited Citation
inbound shipments from 151 to 12,000 pounds must be shipped "Freight
Collect; F.O.B. Destination" via our third-party logistics management
company Trans-Man Logistics.

FAILURE TO CONFORM to the proper routing guide will result in a
chargeback fee (calculated by subtracting the specified carrier freight
charges from the unauthorized carrier charges, plus an administrative fee of
$50).
